Valle Vento is a long-term impact project focused on improving regenerative farming.
Based in the Piemonte region of Italy, the location acts as a living laboratory, trialing ways to improve soil health, biodiversity, and ecosystem resilience.
It aims to achieve this in three main ways: combining adaptive farming with circular gastronomy; building a network of locals and other regenerative projects; and sharing the learnings it has gathered during the process.
The key behind Valle Vento is treating regeneration as a dynamic process, where the journey is as vital as the destination. Through trial and error, it bridges the gap between theory and what actually works in the real world.
